Do you offer free shipping?▼
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of ₹99 applies.
How long does delivery take?▼
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 hours. Custom/Personalized orders take 10-15 business days to craft and ship.
How can I track my order?▼
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track your order status in the 'My Orders' section of your account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?▼
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?▼
Simply log in to your account, go to 'My Orders', and click 'Request Return'. Alternatively, you can email us at support@tarakshi.in with your Order ID.
When will I get my refund?▼
Once we receive the return, it passes a quality check (24-48 hours). The refund is then initiated immediately and will reflect in your source account within 5-7 banking days.
Payments
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?▼
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For higher value orders, we request a secure online payment for safety reasons.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major UPI apps (GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Netbanking.
