Shipping Costs
- Orders above ₹2000: FREE Shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹2000: A standard shipping charge of ₹100 is applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at no extra cost. You pay the same amount as prepaid orders.

Since Tarakshi is a handcrafted brand, our inventory is a mix of ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order artisanal creations.

2. Delivery Partners & Timelines
We use premium courier partners via Shiprocket (BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees) to ensure safe and fast delivery.
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2-4 days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4-7 days after dispatch.
- J&K / North East: 5-9 days after dispatch.
*Timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or weather conditions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via Email and SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your package live on the courier partner’s website.
4. Delays & Issues
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if the package looks tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours.
