Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Tarakshi for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations;
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

The materials on Tarakshi are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Tarakshi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Website.
5. Products & Pricing (Jewellery Specifics)
Handcrafted Nature: Our products are handcrafted using 925 Sterling Silver. Slight variations in weight, finish, or gemstone color are natural characteristics of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.
Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Tarakshi could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
7. Modifications
Tarakshi may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. "The Radiance Circle" Loyalty Program
9.1 Membership & Eligibility
Membership to The Radiance Circle is free and automatic upon creating an account on https://tarakshi.in. Tiers (Spark, Glow, Radiance) are determined based on the total purchase value within a rolling 12-month period.
9.2 Earning & Redemption
"Sparks" (Loyalty Points) are earned on the net order value (after discounts and before taxes/shipping). Sparks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts. Redemption of Sparks is capped at a percentage of the total order value, determined by your current Tier status (20% for Spark, 30% for Glow, 70% for Radiance).
9.3 Combination with Offers
Loyalty Points (Sparks) can be combined with standard promotional codes currently listed on the Tarakshi website. Sparks cannot be combined with exclusive, private, affiliate, or referral discount codes.If an exclusive code is applied, the option to redeem points will be automatically disabled for that transaction.
9.4 Expiry & Forfeiture
Unused Sparks will expire based on your Tier level (6 months, 1 year, or 2 years) from the date they were earned. Tarakshi is not liable to notify customers prior to point expiry.
9.5 Returns & Modifications
If you return or cancel an order, any Sparks earned on that purchase will be deducted from your balance. Tarakshi reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel The Radiance Circle program, including tier thresholds, earn rates, and rewards, at any time without prior notice.
