The Tarakshi Promise
We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep—you do not need to ship the item yourself.
1. Eligibility Criteria
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, including the box, certificate of authenticity, and tags, must be intact.
- Important: Items without the original Tarakshi tag attached will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Nose Pins / Nose Rings
- Toe Rings (Bichhiya)
- Customized or Personalized Jewellery
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product?
If you receive a damaged product or an empty box, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
REQUIRED: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim a refund for damaged/missing items. Please record a video while opening the package without any cuts or edits.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +91-7230093333 or email hello@tarakshi.in with your Order ID.
- Pack It: Place the item securely in the original box with all tags and certificates.
- Pickup: We will arrange a Free Reverse Pickup within 2-3 business days. Please handover the package to our courier partner.
4. Refund Process
- Once the item reaches our warehouse, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC) to ensure it is unused.
- After QC approval, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original source (5-7 banking days).
- COD Orders: We will ask for your UPI ID or Bank Details to transfer the amount.
