Do I need to pay anything to submit an inquiry?

No, submitting an inquiry is completely free. You only pay if you decide to proceed with a custom design. The payment is 50% upfront to initiate design work.

Can I upload multiple files?

Currently, you can upload one file. If you have multiple sketches, please combine them into one PDF or mention them in the description. You can email extra files to support@tarakshi.in later.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and Sketch files. Maximum file size is 1MB.

What if I don't have a sketch?

No problem! Describe your idea in the text field. Mention inspiration, style (minimalist, traditional), and symbolic elements. Our designer will create concepts based on your words.

How detailed should my description be?
